India Fest Forms

• If you are interested in becoming a vendor at the Annual India Fest 2026 you are at the right place! Please use the appropriate links below to apply below. The google form has information also included about pricing. You do not have to pay for the booth here so do not worry; feel free to click on the link to review the form to sign-up to become a Food or Non-food vendor. Once you will the form, a member of the Indo American Society of Peoria (IASP) will get in contact with you. Deadline for sign-up is Saturday, July 18th, 2026.

• If you are interested in participating in the cultural program please use the Cultural program participation link below. Deadline for sign-up is Saturday, August 1st 2026. Once you submit a member of the Indo American Society of Peoria (IASP) will reach out to you closer to the event date with details about the program.
